Tinakilly Wear – Terms and Conditions
1. Logo Reproduction and Design Adjustments
Tinakilly Wear reserves the right to make minor adjustments to client-supplied logos or artwork where necessary to ensure optimal reproduction on fabric. This may include modifications to line thickness, spacing, or simplification of complex elements to suit embroidery or print processes.
These adjustments are made solely for production feasibility and do not constitute a breach of intellectual property or brand integrity.
By approving the final product review form, the client acknowledges and consents to any such necessary modifications.
2. Colour Matching
While every effort is made to match colours as closely as possible to the original artwork or brand guidelines, variations may occur due to differences in fabric types, print methods, and thread availability.
Tinakilly Wear will use industry-standard colour matching techniques and will consult with the client where significant deviations are anticipated.
3. Product Review and Approval
Prior to production, all clients are required to review and sign a Product Review Form. This form includes mockups, colour references, sizing, and placement details.
No work will commence until the signed approval is received. Delays in approval may affect delivery timelines.
4. Turnaround Time
Tinakilly Wear aims to complete and dispatch all standard orders within 15 business days from the date of final approval and payment.
Custom or bulk orders may require additional time, which will be communicated in advance.
5. Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all submitted artwork is correct (300dpi), and that they have the legal right to reproduce the design.
Tinakilly Wear is not liable for errors in client-supplied artwork or for delays caused by late approvals or changes after sign-off.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs created by Tinakilly Wear remain the property of Tinakilly Wear unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client-supplied logos and artwork remain the property of the client, with the understanding that Tinakilly Wear is granted permission to reproduce them for the agreed purpose.
